Value-Added Taxation in Canada Advanced Topics

This newly developed course has been designed to aid our clients in understanding some of the more complicated aspects of Canadian value-added taxes, including the place of supply rules for intangible personal property, transportation services and real property, as well as the GST/HST rules for pension plans. In addition, a comprehensive review of the GST/HST and QST issues that often complicate cross-border transactions will be included in this session, with an emphasis placed on the rules for imports, exports and drop-shipments. This course does not address customs issues. 

Please note that we recommend that clients complete the Value-Added Taxation in Canada: GST/HST and QST course prior to attending this course.
