Retail Sales Tax In Canada

Designed to provide an overview of the mechanics of retail sales tax in each of the retail sales tax jurisdictions (British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Prince Edward Island), this seminar discusses the liability for tax, the taxation of services and real property, exemptions available to taxpayers, and other relevant issues presently faced by organizations with business interests in a retail sales tax province. In addition, this course will highlight the major differences amongst the various retail sales taxes.
