We have created an innovative incentive program that allows us to distribute incentive compensation to employees based on their contributions to an engagement. Our base salaries are highly competitive, and the income potential for sharing in the value that we deliver to our clients is unparalleled.
Benefits
Ryan recognizes that our benefits provide for the well-being of our employees and their families. Most benefits are available to employees on the first of the month following their date of hire and Ryan pays for the benefit premiums except as noted below. Our benefits package includes:
Extended Health Care Coverage
The extended health care coverage offered by Ryan provides coverage to employees and their eligible dependents for semi-private hospital care, prescription drugs and out-of-country emergency medical treatment. In addition, coverage is available for professional services, including but not limited to, chiropractic, massage therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy and psychotherapy.
Dental Coverage
Ryan offers a comprehensive dental plan, including coverage for major restorative procedures and orthodontics.
Vision Coverage
Ryan offers comprehensive vision coverage, including annual eye exams, to all regular, full-time employees and their dependents.
Company-paid and Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Ryan provides basic term life insurance, AD&D and dependant life coverage at no cost for all regular, full-time employees.
Long-Term Disability
Ryan arranges for long-term disability insurance that provides a benefit at 66.7% of earnings, to a maximum defined limit, for which the employee pays the premium in order to ensure amounts are treated tax free.
Group RRSP Plan
Ryan offers a group RRSP plan with a wide range of investment options and generous employer matching to eligible employee contributions. Eligibility commences one year following the employment start date.
Fitness Program
Ryan provides a partial subsidy for fitness club memberships at the employee’s club of choice.
Vacation
Ryan offers generous paid vacation in addition to 12 paid statutory/public holidays per year to all employees.
Work-Life Balance - MyRyan
As part of our innovative myRyan work environment, employees are free to take time off at their discretion, guilt free, consistent with the needs of clients and the Firm, as long as their work gets done. Employee Referral Program
Ryan team members who refer qualified candidates for employment can earn up to $5,000 if such referral results in a full-time hire.
Professional Association Member Fees
Ryan will pay the annual membership fees for professionally designated employees when the designation/accreditation is a job requirement and they hold active memberships. Examples include, but are not limited to CA, CGA, CMA, CHRP, etc.

Training
Ryan has one of the most comprehensive training programs you'll find in the industry. Developed by our own professionals, our Professional Development Program will enhance your knowledge and prepare you for the challenging and diverse issues you will encounter during your career.
For new consultants, we have an extensive training program that builds a foundation for federal, provincial and local taxation concepts. In addition to the valuable training provided the first few months of your career, Ryan participates in professional education through various professional tax organizations. We also offer our own continuing education program to regularly update our professionals with current information, software, and technical training to deepen their professional skills. All of these learning experiences combine to develop our professionals into the most knowledgeable, creative, and competent taxation experts in the industry.
